Hello, I’m Darragh Gilmartin and I love surfing.

I started when I was 12 and have got to grow up surfing amazing waves along our coast in Ireland.

I am a member of Donegal Bay Board Riders surf club and have represented Ireland at Eurosurf 2022 and the World Junior Champs in Rio 2023.

I like to surf plain short boards as they allow me to surf how I want.

My favourite wave around is the Peak in Bundoran (the left of course).

I’m now a part of team Snawve and knowing I am protecting our beautiful ocean while still getting to surf is what I love the most.
