RETURNS POLICY

Should the product have been used, it is ineligible for return, and we apologize for any inconvenience, however, if the product remains unused, you have the option to return it to us within 30 days from your purchase date. 

You can make use of our pre-paid return shipping label for this purpose. You can obtain one of these labels by following the instructions provided on our delivery & returns page. Please note that direct exchanges are not facilitated. Should you desire an exchange, the process involves returning the unwanted product for a full refund. You may then proceed to repurchase the desired item. We appreciate your understanding and anticipate a period of 3-7 days for the refund to be processed upon receiving the returned product.

Pack the product securely using appropriate packaging materials. It is important to ensure that the product is returned in its original, unused condition. Attach the provided return label to your package.

Deliver your return package to a designated shipping location.

*Snawve does not accept returns or exchanges for wetsuits that have been used in the water. We kindly request that you ensure the wetsuit fits perfectly prior to entering the water.

*Snawve reserves the right to decline a refund or return if the items show any signs of wear, alterations, misuse, or damage. In cases where returns are refused, the customer assumes responsibility for the cost of return shipment.
